Equipment: A clean room

We built a clean room in order to work with the head-disk assemblies. This is a hermetic room of 15 m² size with a warmed floor, air conditioner, equipped with input ventilation and air re-circulation system.

A vent system of 5,000 m³ is installed.

A four-step filter system is equipped with EU3, EU5, EU9, EU14 filters. The EU14 filters are installed directly on working places. Five working places are equipped with computers, individual lights, and air manifold with sootblowers.

The entrance to the cleaning room is equipped with a special anteroom. Prior to entering the anteroom, a special footwear vacuum cleaner automatically cleans shoes.
