Shipment
If you live in another city or another country, you do not have to come to St. Petersburg in person, although we are always glad to invite you to our beautiful city. It is enough to ship the damaged storage device to us.
We recommend you to use one of the express or courier delivery services, such as Federal Express (FedEx), DHL, and the like. This is the most reliable, comfortable, and fastest way of shipment.
As exception, we have negative experience with UPS-Russia.

Recommendations on packaging
Please carefully pack the storage device for the shipment in order to eliminate chances of incident damages that may make data recovery process harder and eventually more expensive. We recommend the following package procedure:
Place the HDD into a plastic container, the same as those in which manufacturers ship new HDDs . If you do not have such container, you may ask or buy it in any local computer firm. Such container will protect HDD mechanics against mechanical damages and electronics against static electricity.
Cover the container with foam-rubber of 1 cm thick from all sides and pack the container into a cardboard box.
Make a note “Fragile” on the parcel.
If you wish to send us several devices (for example, drives from RAID), please contact us by phone or e-mail for additional consultations.
Donors
In some cases, data recovery may be faster if we receive the same HDD (the same model and storage capacity, as those of the faulty HDD). In addition, you can save some money if you give us such donor HDD in order to implement your order, if necessary. Please contact us via e-mail or phone for more details.
Order of receiving recovered data
We can deliver the recovered data to you the way you wish. We can return them on a new HDD, on a CD/DVD, or via Internet.
If you want to receive your data on a physical device, we can ship it to you through a courier service.
Customs
If you are located outside the Russian Federation, consult your delivery service on how to avoid unnecessary delays and expenses for custom clearance. In any case, you should indicate that the goods are not of commercial nature and has no commercial value.
Shipment is not included in our prices and should be paid separately.
